Coal briquette machine( coal rods extruder machine) is produced by using the principle of screw extrusion.It is a kind of coal-rods moulding machine which will compress the good-mixed coal power into a certain intensity predetermined shapes .
Coal rods extrusion machine adopts hard tooth face reducer, small size, high bearing capacity.The internal impeller blade of coal rods extruder adopts the thick impeller design; the impeller and cylinder lining board adopts wear-resistant materials; the life span is 4-5 times longer than the ordinary material.The exit of the coal rods in the head part adopts replaceable wear resistance alloy steel,which is easy to exchange.

Head and cylinder are using wringing form, while checking and repairing,it can be opened which is very convenient to exchange the internal impeller and tube line. TF type coal rods extruder is a main equipment in the fuel formation complete sets of equipment in the system of gas making of the ammonia and gas factory . It compresses the fuel coal power into a certain strength of round (or six rhombus or square) coal rods, and it is a new technology which enters into the gasification furnace burning to replace burning coal and coal ball which is the traditional technology.
Using coal briquette machine to make coal rods can make full use of power coal. In the manufacture process, lime is not needed to be added. So it reduces the cost of the fuel, improves the calorific value of coal, and has higher economic benefit, in addition the equipment has a small size which do not need the carbonization drying equipment and steam.So it saves investment and reduce the cover of area. At the same time it supplies a reliable guarantee for manufacturers to use cheap coal instead of high prices effectively, to reduce the production cost and to improve the economic benefit.
Characteristics of structure:
This machine adopts the variable pitch impeller, which will put forward the power coal strongly in the back of the cylinder body, After barrel volume is compressed , the power coal is extruded through the front head and forms coal rods. There are many kinds of round hole shape ,so there are many kinds of coal rods.Then in the process of going forward, coal rods are natural broken off by gravity.
